The word is out – Fyra is moving to a new home!

After almost a year of teaming up with Cobbleyard Real Estate to create functional and inspiring office spaces at Konelabra, a historic redbrick gem in the heart of Helsinki, we’re soon ready to take the next step—by moving in ourselves.

Located at Eerikinkatu 32-36, Konelabra is a property with stories to tell, dating back to its construction in 1925 and 1933 for the University of Technology. With its towering ceilings and spacious balconies, our new home in the former electric laboratory is rich with character —and we can’t wait to add our own chapter.

And what a good company we are in! Surrounded by other ambitious innovators like ABL Laatat, Input interior, Made by Choice and Sony, we’re excited to see Konelabra evolve into an active creative hub, thriving beyond the building’s 100 years of history.
