In the unique wooden Wood City building in Helsinki, Fyra is designing a top-notch office space crafted to meet the needs of the information security solutions company WithSecure. The interior design concept strives to express brand identity through a welcoming and warm design, infused with positive vibrancy and modern detailing. The project is overseen by JLL.
From Concept to Reality
By aligning user needs with extensive research and workplace development process, the workplace design concept embraces elements such as hybrid work, togetherness, diversity, and trust.
Through piloting, innovative space types were devised to precisely meet user needs. Extensive collaboration with users and team leaders resulted in a future proof workplace model that prioritizes freedom of choice, flexibility, and teamwork.
Leading the Way
Leveraging the successful existing partnership, the functional aspects of the workplace and its visuality have been adapted to comply with global guidelines. These guidelines, designed to maintain a consistent and high-quality equal employee experience, are intended for implementation across all WithSecure’s offices worldwide during renovations, construction, or leasing of office spaces. Sustainability guides the design choices from start to finish.
