Background

Partnering with the consulting company Motley, the service concept centered on simplicity, delightfulness, and personalised functionality. The spatial design of the space is aligned with the concept of “Everything flows”, designed to support the fluidity of store visits, whether customers pick up their parcel independently or prefer a more personalized experience. The bench seat on the window wall reflects the flow of the design.

The mirror-like surfaces enhance the sense of space.
Insightful functionality from the previous project with Posti, Box by Posti, was to be implemented in the new Posti Helsinki 10 with the use of recycling and packaging points.

Strategy & Delivery
The color scheme creates harmony in the often busy environment. Posti’s classic brand colors of orange and white are complemented by cardboard brown for warmth, while the mirror-like surfaces enhance the sense of space. The retail space was designed in compliance with sustainable development principles, preserving as much as possible and making use of existing Posti equipment, like old parcel vending machines.
