Defined by its iconic location in the city center of Helsinki, Aleksi 15 has been a hub for commerce and business for a century and a half. This special property is now going through a major renovation concerning the use of premises, as the historic commercial building is being transformed into a modern office and retail center. Fyra was involved in the project by producing marketing materials and designing the premises for new tenants.
HappySignals, a leading measurer and identifier for happiness, expectation and productivity data, was looking for a new home for its newly grown team. The aim was to find a bright space where new and changed ways of working were taken into account. The property of Aleksi 15 answered perfectly the need for a right kind of premise and Fyra began planning for a modern office to would suit the needs of its users.
According to HappySignals’ wishes and needs, the office has numerous tailored spaces for different ways of working. For example a full studio set was built for video and podcast recording needs. Communal spaces were given lots of careful thought during the planning process and the homely atmosphere creates warmth through the entire office space. HappySignals office represents a new era of working in many ways. As remote working is to some measure here to stay, in addition to traditional workstations the different ways of meeting colleagues and customers is being emphasized.
